The metal surface should be cleaned before use, and welded and sealed after packaging.

Precautions

1. The product must be sealed and packaged. Clean the electromechanical equipment to be packaged and its exposed metal surface, and perform necessary surface treatment, such as applying anti-rust oil or edge buffer protection on the surface, and then use the material for heating and welding, and the width of the sealing line is guaranteed to be between 15-25mm.

2. The product must be clean and rust-free before packaging.

3. Wear gloves when packaging products to avoid direct contact between hands and parts.

4. Consider whether the product has undergone other chemical treatments before packaging.

5. The temperature should not exceed 60 degrees Celsius when packaging products.

6. Avoid open-air operations, avoid direct sunlight, and pay attention to moisture and rainy and foggy weather.

7. If the volume of the packaged object is too large or the surface area of ​​the product to be protected is too large, an auxiliary agent (desiccant) needs to be added.

8. For unused anti-rust products, they must be sealed and stored in time.
