This oil is a light brown transparent oil, composed of a variety of special anti-rust agents, dehydrating surfactants and oily agents. It meets the Japanese JISK2246-80-NP3 standard and the US military MIL-C16173D-1968-3 standard. At the same time, we have added STD vapor corrosion inhibitor. When STD molecules evaporate into a confined space, they will form a protective barrier on the metal surface, thereby better protecting the metal.
1. It can quickly remove the water film of metal parts and attach a layer of anti-rust film on them to protect the metal from corrosion.
2. Low viscosity, with strong permeability and rust resistance, can be applied to small hardware parts.
3. The indoor anti-rust period is about 12 months.
4. Easy to clean, a transparent oily film is formed on the metal surface, which can be easily washed off with petroleum solvents or kerosene.

Use and method
1. Mainly used to remove water film and rust prevention on metal surfaces between processes. It is ideal for post-processing of steel products processed with water-soluble cutting fluids.
2. Immerse the metal parts with water directly in the dehydrating oil for about 1-3 minutes, and vibrate the parts continuously. For parts with pores, blind holes and inner cavities, shake them to completely dehydrate them. If the water droplets are shaken off first and then dehydrated, the effect will be more ideal.
