MT-2000 is a composite gas phase anti-rust film, which is produced by double-layer co-extrusion method. The outer layer is polyethylene, which can prevent external water vapor from entering, and the inner layer is a uniform mixture of polyethylene and gas phase corrosion inhibitor.
When packaging metal workpieces, the film layer will automatically volatilize STD gas phase anti-rust gas, which will vaporize and condense on all metal surfaces in a closed space, including hard-to-reach surfaces such as holes, holes and gaps, forming a gas phase protective layer to prevent metal workpieces from rusting.
It complies with the US military standards MIL-B-22019C and MIL-B-22020C. This product is waterproof and weldable, suitable for automated packaging and paper bag products.

Iron, carbon steel, brass, bronze, zinc and galvanized steel, nickel and nickel plating, tinplate, aluminum and aluminum alloys can be fully protected. Silver, lead or solder must be tested before use. Magnesium and magnesium alloys are not recommended.
1. The user or staff must wear gloves, and it is strictly forbidden for the staff to directly touch the workpiece with their hands (gloves should be replaced in time after being dirty);
2. Before packaging the workpiece, it must be ensured that there is no rust and moisture residue. For products that are washed and dried in the early stage, they need to be packaged after cooling. The workpiece cannot have direct contact with any wood or acidic material;
3. It is best to use a closed packaging, which can effectively prevent moisture from corroding the workpiece and improve the anti-rust effect;
4. The color of the anti-rust film will change due to customer requirements, but this difference will not affect the anti-rust effect;
5. To achieve the anti-rust effect, it is recommended to test whether the STD product is suitable for the workpiece to be packaged before use;
6. The anti-rust film continuously volatilizes a small amount of anti-rust substances to provide anti-rust protection for the metal surface in direct contact. The distance between the anti-rust film and the metal depends on the packaging volume and the time required for the final generation of the anti-rust protective layer. Generally, it is 10-30 cm.

Unused or remaining anti-rust packaging materials after use should be sealed and stored in a cool and dry place. The validity period of sealed storage can reach more than 2 years (printed anti-rust film is recommended to be used within half a year)
MT-2000 is a recyclable material, and contaminated products must be specially incinerated by the relevant departments
