MT-G series anti-rust paper is a vapor phase anti-rust packaging paper that focuses on ferrous metal anti-rust, which is more economical for ferrous metal anti-rust. During use, whether it is in direct contact with the metal or in a confined space at a certain distance, a small amount of STD anti-rust agent is continuously released to form an anti-rust and corrosion inhibitor protective layer on the metal surface, effectively alleviating metal corrosion. At the same time, this product is clean, environmentally friendly, safe, and beautiful. The reasonable use of the anti-rust period is 1~2 years, which meets the US military standard MIL-P-3420E.

Product use

For the protection of ferrous metals, it has excellent rust-proof protection for ferrous metals such as carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, steel phosphating, steel blueing, powder metallurgy, oriented silicon steel, non-oriented silicon steel, and aluminum.

*For cadmium, nickel, lead, solder, magnesium, tungsten and their alloys, be careful when using them. It is recommended to use M series anti-rust paper

How to use

1. Clean the metal surface before use, and try to keep the STD coating surface close to the metal surface when packaging;

2. Use 1ft2 (0.09㎡) of this product to protect 3ft2 (0.28㎡) of metal surface;

3. Use 1ft2 (0.09㎡) of this product to protect 0.5ft3 (0.01m3) of internal space;

4. For metals that require a rust-proof period of up to 2 years, the metals packaged with this product should be placed in a sealed package;

5. The distance between STD-G series anti-rust paper and metal depends on the packaging volume and the length of time the protective gas layer is formed. Under normal circumstances: 30 cm distance can achieve complete anti-rust protection after 15 minutes. The tighter the external packaging, the more perfect the anti-rust protection;

6. MT-G series anti-rust paper products can be used for the purposes mentioned above (ferrous metal parts that need packaging/anti-corrosion). Our company is not responsible for any damage caused by improper use and cannot guarantee its effect.

Packaging and storage
