MT-3000 is a composite gas phase anti-oxidation film to inhibit the oxidation of precious metals such as silver, gold, tin, and copper. Precious metals such as silver, gold, tin, and copper are mainly oxidized and discolored, darkened, and blackened due to the absorption of H2S or oxidizing substances in the air.
The special inhibitors contained in it are used to remove or absorb H2S and SO2 gases, and will not affect the further processing of precious metals or affect their physical properties such as conductivity or surface resistivity. It adopts a double protection method. The outer layer is made of Vichy nanomaterials to prevent the entry of external water vapor, sulfides, and chlorides. The inner layer is a uniform mixed layer of polyethylene and gas phase corrosion inhibitor. When packaging metal workpieces, the outer film layer will automatically lock in oxygen ions, sulfur ions, and chloride ions in the air, quickly forming a dense protective layer to block the invasion of harmful substances from the outside, and the inner film will automatically volatilize STD gas phase anti-rust gas, which will vaporize and condense on all metal surfaces in a closed space, including hard-to-reach surfaces such as holes, holes and gaps, forming a gas phase protective layer to prevent metal workpieces from rusting.
Anti-oxidation protection can last for more than 2 years, in line with US military standards MIL-B-22019C and MIL-B-22020C.

Only non-ferrous metals such as silver, gold, tin, copper, and brass are used, not steel parts.
Suitable for tin-plated, silver-plated, gold-plated circuit equipment, electrical components, controllers, optoelectronic products, etc., as well as silverware, jewelry box linings, precious metal transport container linings, and precious metal packaging
1. Users or staff must wear gloves, and it is strictly forbidden for staff to directly touch the workpiece with their hands (gloves should be replaced in time after being dirty);
2. Before packaging the workpiece, it must be ensured that there is no oxide and moisture residue. For products that are washed and dried in the early stage, they need to be cooled before packaging. The workpiece cannot have direct contact with any wood or acidic material;
3. It is best to use a closed packaging, which can effectively prevent moisture from corroding the workpiece and improve the anti-rust effect;
4. The color of the protective film may change due to customer requirements, but this difference will not affect the anti-rust effect;
5. To achieve the anti-oxidation effect, it is recommended to test whether the STD product is suitable for the workpiece to be packaged before use;
6. The protective film continuously volatilizes a small amount of anti-oxidation inhibitors to provide anti-oxidation protection for the metal surface in direct contact. The distance between the protective film and the metal depends on the packaging volume and the time required for the final production of the anti-rust protective layer. Generally, it is 10-30 cm.

Unused or remaining protective packaging materials after use should be kept sealed and placed in a cool and dry place. The sealed storage can be valid for more than 2 years (printed protective film is recommended to be used within half a year)
MT-3000 is a recyclable material, and contaminated products must be specially incinerated by the relevant departments
