Product Description

STD-702 aluminum brightener is composed of composite organic acid, high-quality corrosion inhibitor, multiple high-quality surfactant factors, penetrant, deionized water, etc.

Purpose

It is used to remove the surface oxide layer, rust spots, mildew spots, and light oil stains of various aluminum and its alloys and other metal products.

Main performance

1. It can penetrate the rust layer in a short time, so that the rust layer can be quickly separated from the metal, and the rust removal speed is fast and the efficiency is high.

2. The product is non-flammable and can be used at room temperature or heated.

3. It is equipped with excellent metal protective agent, which will not corrode the aluminum body and will not cause internal qualitative changes.

4. The surface of the treated aluminum is flat, smooth, and does not change color (Type B products are used for cleaning cast aluminum alloys).

5. The product is environmentally friendly, organic weak acid type, does not contain inorganic acids, hydrochloric acid, chromic acid and other ingredients, and is safe and reliable to use.

Instructions for use

1. Cleaning method: It can be cleaned by soaking (with bubbling or shaking), ultrasonic cleaning, manual scrubbing, etc.

2. Cleaning concentration: Dilute with water to 3~5 times as needed.

3. Cleaning temperature: It can be used at room temperature, but it is better to clean at 50~60℃.

4. Cleaning time: 1~5 minutes.

5. Rinse with water and then blow dry and dry. And package and store reasonably.

Precautions

1. If the aluminum material has heavy oil stains and needs a long time without oxidation, it is recommended to use the following cleaning process: Degreasing —→ Rust removal —→ Water washing —→ Anti-oxidation —→ Blow dry and dry.

2. When cleaning, the workpieces to be cleaned should be placed correctly and reasonably, and avoid overlapping. Depending on the cleaning situation, the original cleaning agent should be added regularly and in an appropriate amount. If the cleaning capacity still cannot meet the cleaning requirements after replenishment, it can be discarded and replaced with new liquid. Under normal circumstances, the cleaning liquid can be used for 3-7 days.

3. Avoid prolonged contact of the cleaning solution with the skin to prevent skin degreasing and dryness, and prevent accidental ingestion and splashing into the eyes.

Wastewater treatment

No impact on the environment. The wastewater after cleaning can be directly discharged into industrial pipelines after treatment.
